Murph: In early September 2014 the CEO said we were on target to up list by year end. He said they didn't even know if they would need a RS, but that if they did, the stock price would be substantially higher because of all the value building catalysts they had.
Year end came and went and nothing happened the way the CEO forecast it would. Are you telling me it is inappropriate to expect him to explain why there has been such a discrepancy?
I don't get your point. Things haven't gone the way Gerald said they'd go....and some of us would like to know why.
