How interesting people continue to speak of diluti

How interesting people continue to speak of dilution, yet those shares are to bring top talent aboard and purchase assets to boost the overall value of the company.
It would seem to me the real question would be why would companies and Top
KOL's accept these shares for their time or assets?
Also, why those same people that wet their pants over dilution continue to buy shares and allthewhile continue to cry about GC and the direction he is or is not taking the company.
If I had any real doubt in the CEO of the company that I was invested in. I would sell my shares rather than "Hope" things work out for the best.
