I have no doubt that AMBS is going after CLIA as quickly as they can, but:
1) We haven't gotten any true update in a long time about CLIA (at least as far as I have seen)
2) Their (AMBS) timelines are always a bit aggressive and rarely pan out.
3) The CLIA process itself tends to take longer than the guidelines they put out.
Now if we were to get a rash of pharmas buying into LymPro over the next 3 months, I think CLIA will get expedited. But ultimately, my timeline for CLIA approval is somewhere around the end of 2015. All IMO.
