That's a pretty morbid way of looking at the current situation. I was under the impression that HC was mandated to create the MMPR at least in part for the sake of the quality of the finished product and safety for the end consumer. That never can be guaranteed if it is "every man for himself" growing their own crops. Is HC going to inspect all of the growers' product in that scenario?
