This case against home grown mmj imo has a fairly good chance of blowing up in the face of Industrial growers. The gov. case is predicated on safety issues. I've been around since the 1950s and have yet to hear of or been made ill from basement grown weed. And how often have you heard a news story about "Pot Growing Operation Causes 4 Alarm Fire"? We all really know why this is in the courts...TAXES!
Question: Could the home growers win?
Question: Would this bankrupt existing licensed growers?
Question: Would delaying until the outcome of said court case be good
corporate move?
Question: Industrial prices are, for many prohibitive! Would I pay those rates?
Question: Do you really think the market is going to be as big for this product
as the so-called experts say it is?
Statement: I think MMJ is doomed to fail. Hemp is the real cash crop!
