As much as shareholders are itching for the stock price to go up, I imagine management wants it to go up fast even more!! They have some payment deadlines coming up where they must shell out large cash. I doubt they want to access Lincoln Park Capital at just .08 cents....that would be twice the dilution than if we were trading at .16 cents.
Therefore, I think Gerry is going to pull out all the stops in the coming weeks. (At least to the degree he can) But I don't think he's going to hold back. They need the stock price to go now!!
Personally, I don't see a sale of the Diagnostic Division this year. They'd get so much more for it in 2016 or beyond. I'm leaning more toward an IPO in Q2. That could raise 20 to 50 million or so, without having to give up the farm on any of our products.
