$PSGR -- is there capital available for development, or even

It is unclear how and if and when the Sr, Managers will be able to get the massive capital investment necessary to successfully mine GOLD on their claims - - - let alone Rare Earths.
My attempt to inform new people of the "possibilities" available at Pershing did not inform completely . . . . .
So I agree 100% with your emphasis where you said : "MY OPINION: The primary direction that Pershing Resources APPEARS to be pursuing is the identification and location of gold deposits with a distant focus on Rare Earths. Why do I suggest this? Simple answer revolves around finances. If a large enough gold ore body is present, the projected reserves COULD fund Rare Earth exploration, mining and extraction."
My motives are more speculative in nature, and yours are more properly focused on the "investable" nature of Pershing - - - point being that for many supposed "gold mines", the capital to go into production never quite arrives.
Owned a few of them myself.
So - - - with Pershing - - - as with any other resource Company --- having money in the ground is not the same thing as having money available to extract the resource, no matter how attractive it is ( e.g., "rare earth minerals" ) or even how economically feasible the deposit actually is.
Most Gold mines require many tens of millions of $$$ to go into production, and more likely, 100s OF MILLIONS.
No sign of that kind of capital here, yet. Who can say when ?
