How do you know you have a reliable test absent a continuous, multi-year study that tracks patients who get positive and negative results and follows up to see if they eventually get the disease? Absent that kind of guarantee, aren’t you going to have people waste time and money on plans if they get a false positive, or get a false sense of relief if they get a false negative?"
