I bet "Sparky" will claim that the T-Shirt is made from cheap imported Chinese material, the printing does not meet the proper spec missing the recommended ink dosage by xx mililiteres, the can is printed off center by 13.8 degrees which was not by deisgn however GRCU management decided to take a discount from the vendor and going to scam purchasers claiming that the design was intended to be printed in that fashion
