As the company is closer to the potential sale of the division for cash (and maintain a royalty), IPO-ing the entity, licensing the technologies to a third party, or evaluate other strategic options you'll likely see less worrying about buying at single digits + three decimal places and a shift to worry about pennies.
Buying at 0.0775 vs. 0.086 won't matter too much to someone looking for .30, .50, $1 or $10 down the road.
Interesting watson thread on ymb today for people that are not closed minded or into faking IDs including his. He's was right about the Alzheimer's collaboration although oddly enough, that one post looks like it's been deleted or I can't find it.
