I would love to know what the Maxim Group's intentions are. They were the one with the perpetual 5,000 share sell order at .10 cents that could not be penetrated with 30m volume. I wonder if they are the dilution vehicle. I have no idea. If you pay attention to level 2, anytime the MAXM MM ID sets the ceiling for the day it has never been penetrated, regardless if it is .078, .08, .092, .10, etc.
