Could it be that uplisting isn't in LPC's financial interest and that is what is keeping AMBS from doing so?
I can't imagine a scenario where LPC wouldn't greatly benefit from an uplist to Nasdaq. Please feel free to elaborate on how this would not be in LPC's financial interests.
