So why not tie the already 'advertised' yet remaining FY14 Bonus Milestones to pps performances and/or catalysts that equate to same, such a FMV or MC?

Because GC and the company have no control over share price. They do have control over milestone achievements, except for the uplist where the timing is dependent on share price.

I think it would be dumb to tie bonuses to something beyond one's control. When I worked for an electric utility, at one time the company tied employee bonuses to earnings per share goals. That turned out to be a bad idea, since for a regulated electric utility the weather had more of an impact on earnings than the employees efforts. A mild winter or summer would always result on missed earnings goals and no bonus for the employees, even if they had performed exceptionally well in their jobs. Management finally figured out they can't tie inventive bonus goals to a metric that is highly influenced by something the employees can't control.

Amarantus management appears to be smart enough to tie performance goals to things they can actually be impacted by their efforts. Bring the products to market, bring the revenue, and the share price will adjust accordingly.

JP, how about laying off the posts by the SurfBandito character. Everyone knows it's you, and you're only harming your own credibility with these conversations with yourself and the posts supporting your own ideas. Joboggi responds to his own posts on IHUB as though in conversation with himself, and Solantey is is well known for his multiple aliases on every board. Are these losers the examples you wish to follow?
