My bad, i wasn't trying to mislead. In fact I posted something about this last week. Yes, it just has to be reported by EOD. Think about this though, 1:4 shares traded were associated with this transaction today. If you look at a 5 min chart and the volume, you pretty much see when it happened based on the price average.
