Investing in AMBS is therapeutic.

I enjoy the journey with AMBS in their business thinking, strategies and execution. The best gain will be learning those new business strategies and execution tips, which may be similarly applied to my business and other investments. While any capital gain realized in AMBS is going to be one-off, the knowledge and experience gained is forever and priceless.

The recent news about ESS, Diogenix, Georgetown etc is breathtaking, especially given that AMBS is a small biotech company. The matured pace in the business execution is even more impressive. If one is not aware of AMBS, his or her first look at the immense pipeline and revenue-ready products that AMBS has may have thought that AMBS is a large pharma.

Right now, I believe that the price of AMBS Diagnostics Entity will be at least a few billions of dollars if it is sold outright. Or a merger with a BP with a substantial capital injection in AMBSDX or upfront cash to AMBS. The best is yet to come with undisclosed biomarker and possibly more acquisitions.

It is pretty clear that AMBS is a much bigger animal than many public shareholders think. It is also pretty clear that a lot more action is going to happen for AMBS soon:

1. Other companies with promising pipeline choose to merge or sell themselves to AMBS in exchange of AMBS shares instead

2. Many industry veterans and key players choose to leave their big pay checks and join AMBS instead

3. Key remuneration mechanisms like stock options are seemingly set in place now so that the KAH in AMBS can be rewarded very handsomely when the deal floodgate is opened.

This is just the beginning of excitement.
