I think you're overlooking the real purpose of the EcoNav deal, and the reason behind the excitement over it by the message board touts. As someone else has written:
"Next in the script will be for EcoNavigation to 'observe the results' and then swell with excitement over those amazing results, letting shareholders know they're chomping at the bit to get these processors. That will once again excite investors while letting them know that Mr. Bordynuik isn't needed."
It's noteworthy that the share price was pumped up on leaked information about an impending deal on the message boards by the touts, and imploded after the actual PR became public knowledge. More money made by those who front-loaded on the leaked "rumors" and sold into the news.
It also proves that most of the market sees what's going on. But the message board touts see the potential of the EcoNav script extending the life of this scam that's been quite good to them so far. The potential of a few more chances for illegally front-loading and dumping on insider info.
It's just the same game that's been played over and over for the last couple of decades on thousands of these penny stock scams.
