you bring up a question that i was kicking around with my significant other all last night. I kept asking her if i had a test that could reap revenues of $200 million a year, with in a year or 2 would it be OK for me to sell it to someone for basically $2-$7 million today? Let's just say the question garnered some funny looks. We did kick it around for a while trying to make sense of it and I have to tell you none of the answers we could come up with really make much sense. Maybe they are tired of the battle. They can get their share of stock in AMBS and watch the value go up with out the stress. That was really the only thing that makes sense. That, or if somethings to good to be true...proverb.
Then we get hit with this G-Town agreement out of the blue. So, we kicked around the G-Town deal. Of all the companies with deep pockets, endless access to necessary funding, labs, equipment, professionals, and distribution chains, why AMBS? All I can guess is it comes down to the 90's phrase dare I say, "synergy"? They must believe they'll get straight answers from AMBS, the project will actually get worked and not lost in company red tape and stuffed in a file cabinet to wither and die for a year or more.
I'm open to other ideas to make sense of it so please break them out.
Now, hopefully today the market will react positively to all this news.
