not correct - what "cap" a company falls into has nothing to do with their pps, it has to do with their market cap, hence the terms micro cap etc.
secondly, "macro caps" do not exist. Market caps are almost always divided into the following segments:
Mega : 200b +
Large : 10b - 200b
Mid : 2b - 10b
Small : 300m - 2b
Micro : 50m - 300m
Nano : 0 - 50m
AMBS has been in the "micro" cap arena for quite some time now, albeit on the lower end.
