I think you got this one wrong. Why would AMBS sell their first golden goose when they have SOOOooooo......many other things to pay for? So they can dilute more? It's not like they can run down to the Golden Goose Store and grab another one. Comon Dave unless it's north of 1.5B I seriously doubt it. Gerald's young and wants an Empire, not a quick flip right out the gate. He's not a day trader.
