While I hate feeding trolls. Bashers are more like weeds. Left unattended, they will take over the yard.
Their methods are tried and true. The public is greatly effected by fear. They will not stop until they succeed or there is news. As was mentioned...the new and less informed investors/followers can be turned off if the first posts they see are negative.
It is a game of chess and those fuckers know the game well. The trick is to ALWAYS keep your cool and keep messages directed at the stock; and provide good DD with reference links. It's exhausting but necessary IMO. Do not direct posts toward an individual or a group (ie bashers). That is their goal...to get the gurus banned and take over the board.
