I considered that. 
However, at the end of the day, my mission here is to get the facts out and help cut through the BS that's constantly spewed on this and other boards. I think patents (both successful and unsuccesful) are an interesting and relevant area to keep tabs on which can provide some clues as to why the company is pursuing certain strategies vs. others.
