ces is here. we'll see tom. as for what i think. it's irrelevant. everyone with their own investing style. goals. objectives

ntek has potential
penny stocks are highly speculative

the company was upfront about paying employees shares. using shares as incentives. any experienced investor poured through those filings. knew what shares came due when. your homework was to make a list (day issued. date avail to come off restriction. then check with the ungagged ta to confirm - if you did. you weren't surprised. otc investing is not a passive sport - said it 100 times already)

the dilution therefore was disclosed. predictable. up-front. communicated by the company directly (where is the scam in that? because people don't know wtf they are doing with penny stocks? i guess it is the company's fault uh? no)

even better news. the a/s is almost maxed. there are only 15 million shares remaining. ntek has said they have no intention of increasing the a/s. no r/s either

they have a shell. they can raise funds for the division. issue shares in exchange for financing. ntek shareholders have a piece of the business they helped fund (insiders still control many shares)

so i don't see huge downside risk as ntek closes out '15 and into '16

but i do see ultraflix gaining content. other divisions as hugely profitable (gaming-labs patents. royalties. that business alone could be do $100million within 3 yrs)

ntek market cap is barely in the 20 million range

risk/reward

what's ultraflix valued at? ntek has other properties, tech, businesses and patents

everyone to their homework. do the research. make ur own decisions
