Big even said on his fb page that ntek would be doing multiple spinoffs "while pps is low so to benefit the acquiring entity".
If any of you have been monitoring his page you'll remember that from a few months ago. He said it.
Someone asked him why benefit the acquiring entity and not us shareholders?
Um, needless to say, he didn't answer that!
I speculate that he and ntek officers conspired to run pps up as high as possible with their careless talk of a dollar a share at the 2013 shm. "Possibly by jan 2014", and knowingly lying about the np1 coming in 2013 even though there wasn't even a prototype, and other blatant provable lies. I think they ran it up to then drive it down the way they've been doing ever since, to take advantage of knowing they weren't actually going to deliver for a while, while laundering shorting proceeds through bigs company. He hyped the np1 last year just as much as they did, and even said he was gonna go on msnbc to tout it. (Remember, he admitted he got his prototype in march, yet he was saying over a year ago it was coming for xmas)
I have proven multiple smoking guns.
They screwed us driving pps up. There gonna screw us spinning off the money makers now that they've run it down.
Don't get caught with your thumbs up your rears. See them for what they are. They've been telling us and showing us for over a year. Don't watch them steal your investment.
