Taber, were you serious about suing ntek and do you have the resources to do that or know people who can?
An open letter to this board
Here is what i see ntek doing.
We all know ntek drove pps up last year with pie in the sky pps predictions at shm. And when they barely had funding for np1 last fall, as we found out when big told us in july, and it appeared in nteks annual report, Ntek nonetheless told us it was coming last year even though the prototype wasn't built till big got one last march.
So we know ntek has no compunction about lying. That's an established fact right there.
I believe they bought hvel to move gaming assets there. They continuously misrepresent to keep pps down and drive it further down. With pps so low, they can move the gaming division there and give us nothing or little.
Likewise, they are spinning umg ultraflix off while pps is low, again, to screw shareholders.
Gaming and umg will be big. But ntek shareholders will get nothing.
Unless we act now to stop them. But even so we may not be able to.
That's why this is an open letter. If this ntek strategy makes sense to you, and you can see the way ntek is acting and why they want to keep the money, help me help you.
I'm not gonna lie. I've lost enough to be ruined. Im gonna be joining the ranks of the homeless soon. So i am asking anyone with resources to stop ntek from doing this spinoff. I deserve to reap the benefits of what i trusted was a honest company. So do you. I'll live in homeless shelters and do whatever it takes to keep my few shares, but i don't want ntek to spinoff the two money making divisions and screw us!
