On this fine Tuesday morning I would like to address a recent post made by one of that other places finest posters. On 29 December 2014 the user known as Tonyo524 said:

There will be some litigation alright, but I may be the one bringing it. I am already a party suing a well known company and I brought up the idea about suing Jerry and CRM research to my current attorney. He told me after the holiday's we can sit down and go over what may or may not be a case. CRM and Jerry have been slinging my personal info around like hotcakes. Fortunately I saved some of the emails that were supposed to be between me and CRM research, but they accidentally courtesy copied Jerry and others. I hope my attorney finds something that we can work with. I love lawsuits!
A lot can be learned during the discovery phase!
Apart from the fact that the above stated is false since (and I am taking it for granted he is referring to me and my company despite the repeated misspelling) A.) We are not "slinging" personal info around like hotcakes and B.) There were no "others" CC'd in the email as stated. There was another that was inadvertently included and his participation was quickly removed with an apology by me provided.
Further, none of the email contained personal information that Tonyo524 hasn't already made public himself.
That said, the laws regarding email addresses being considered "personal information" are something you should familiarize yourself with. Moreover, YOU have made your information public using various public forums. All one need do is conduct a very thorough google search on your user name Tonyo524 AND your website name wheresthecommonsense.net to find a wealth of information about YOU posted by YOU.
Your correspondences to me infer gang violence should be a concern of mine and Jerry's should things not go as you like and post haste. Yes, a LOT can be learned during discovery. I am sure that fortune 500 company you're attempting to sue would just love your claims of loving lawsuits among other PUBLIC proclamations made by you!
Lastly, the lines "I hope my attorney finds something that we can work with. I love lawsuits!" SPEAK VOLUMES about you and your character. I hope that personal information of yours posted BY YOU opens the curtains enough for all to see that for anyone with any common sense at all, your credibility is shot.
Gone.
Done.
Toast.
Happy New Year!
