Red: I don't get your point. The way to calculate market cap value is to multiply outstanding shares by the share price. (900 million x .08 cents = 72 million approximately) That is our approximate market cap. It has increased from the beginning of the year because even though the stock price didn't go up, the number of outstanding shares did, thus increasing the company value.
What is wrong with my calculations? The company value went up in 2014 but shareholder value didn't go up. The difference? Dilution.
If Gerald unleashes the right catalyst in the coming weeks then the dilution will not matter as much. Dilution and value increasing catalysts need to be in balance for shareholders like myself.
