Corporate Services otcqb co's are charged an annual new 10000 surcharge by otc/year as they reported many times since early 2014
and the following from otc's 10 q or 10k sounds like they are directly charging co's subscription fees
On May 1, 2014, we introduced new standards to the OTCQB marketplace to make it into a premium ,
venture marketplace Companies that choose to join the OTCQB marketplace receive a package of
premium services designed to promote price transparency and facilitate public disclosure.
On a rolling basis, based on companies’ fiscal year ends,
corporate clients whose securities meet the OTCQB standards are required
to pay an initial application fee and an annual subscription fee.

OTC Pink companies may subscribe separately to our premium services
including the OTC Disclosure & News Service, Real

Time Level 2 Quote Display, and Blue Sky Monitoring Service
.
Companies can choose to subscribe to these premium services through subscription fees
primarily paid on an annual basis.
Each of these premium services is available to companies that sign up to receive free access to
