I know you are a savvy investor. Do you NOT believe they have had offers for some of the pipeline if not ALL? YES or NO?
If you say "NO," then we have a serious problem in our hands for our PIPELINE stinks - it's not worth a darn. If you say "YES," why hasn't GC taken the bait? Do you not think Lowe, Rubinfeld, etc. have an idea what their product portfolio might be worth? This is not you or me making estimates on what a product like LYMPRO may be worth. These are individuals who have been around the pharma block for a very, very long time. I trust their judgment - this is not Gerald sitting in his love seat watching Stanford football while he holds his old jockstrap to reminisce about what could have been.
P.S. We need revenues to move our platform forward, I know that! As Rubinfeld said, "We are there!" Why give up any piece of the pie unless you TRULY HAVE TOO! It is obvious they don't have to. Hence, the little financing deals to gap, "We are there - we need no one." Do you not think a LYMPRO spin off will bring all the revenue necessary to move our platform forward - think again! What was AMYVID worth. Big Pharma needs to cut costs in their trials - Lympro is the K-Mart "Blue Light" special compared to everything else. This is Daddy's baby, you think GC is not out to prove his daddy was the "MAN"? You wouldn't be expanding and adding top individuals to the TEAM unless you TRULY have the goods. Yes, I hate having our float in the stratosphere, however, when we finally arrive on the scene - we're in the last mile, the float will be trivial. I WANT THE WHOLE AMBS PIE! It is obvious GC and his TEAM do too. Give the little "runt" credit for having "cahones" to play the "game of chicken" with the giants. I am all in! As I have stated to Gerald many times, I will either go down with the ship or I will be toasting our great fortune with him.
