simple. most sensible post i've seen in awhile
ces, bigger than ever this year
ntek will be making a statement. new shell (regardless of previous business, enterprise, ownership, et. al.) gives them access to resources. shares, for example. to trade for content and licensing deals. to add more content than they have already bagged and (i expect) plan to announce during (or just after) ces2015
shares elsewhere means no r/s for ntek. no a/s increase. no further dilution
short-interest, hedge funds. they were counting on ntek being another stinky pink that would just raise the a/s then r/s (like most do). they have been waiting for it (he he he)
but ntek is not. spells the end of selling pressure. caps shareholder exposure (another 10mm or so left). gives new and old investors a last chance at discounted shares since ces should raise awareness
and with that investor attention. interest. money
2015, the year ntek becomes a known and provable entity (people can see ntek products, touch, feel, use, pay for...then learn about the stock as well and vice-versa)
to old friends
knuckleheads bashing their investment could not have worked out better for those liquid. and in position to execute buys. the company is now stronger than ever. technically the charts and fundamentals are boldly (loudly) saying it is time to buy - thnx to those who sold me mad $03's
love you...forever
