I'm not to sure about this site - I followed it for awhile (did not invest based off of their recommendation) and deleted their link after observing something fishy with their posting. Don't remember the details but it was enough for me to quit following them.
You might want to check their recommendations first thing in the morning and last thing at night over an extended period of time.
If I'm wrong let me know. Originally I thought it might be a good service.
