Dave - You knew the uplist as not locked in on a particular date. Gerald has addressed that a number of times. Folks are even saying on the MB, I hope they wait for Q1 or a higher SP before uplisting. Going to get a lot of opinions on this one which is fine. Not everyone will be happy whenever it happens.
When they said they identified a "partner", some folks jumped to a done deal. Nothing is ever final until a contract is in place and a PR is announced. I think Gerald told you in person - Why take X when you can take 100X done the road. (or something like that). Heck, the ESS deal may fall through or may happen. One of the reasons why you didn't see the SP move is it's not a done deal.
I would prefer the company to hold out as long as possible to get the maximum deal as painful as that is to me and others. That is much better for me in the long run vs. a pop and a flip by 1/2 the investors and we'd be sitting at a nickle now anyway.
