Greenway Design Group is a corporation with a management team of seasoned professionals.
Ben Lefrancois – CEO, President. Mr. Lefrancois acquired Cool-n-Save® in early 2007 from the original LLC partners. He currently oversees all operations of the corporation. He served as CEO and principle owner of Innovative Custom Homes, a Texas LLC., where he developed a strong management team from manufacturing and design, to marketing and strategic planning. Mr. Lefrancois has over 15 years of management experience as both principal owner and as general manager of several large restaurant chains in California.
Darius Jakubik - SVP Marketing. Mr. Jakubik was part of the original development team and has been involved with the marketing growth of Cool-n-Save since its inception. He serves as the company's lead spokesperson on the pre-cool technology, manages pricing and reseller policies, and oversees all dealer/distributor fulfillment operations. Mr. Jakubik has a B.A. in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
Larry McKenna - Inventor, CTO. As part of the original development team , Mr. McKenna invented the patented residential "paddle" pre-cool system. He has been involved with the continuing development and design of the Cool-n-Save® pre-cool system. Before designing Cool-n-Save®, Mr. McKenna advanced his career in the medical equipment field, ultimately becoming a national sales manager.
Kevin Reed - General Manager. Mr. Reed has over 15 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Retail Operations and Strategic Planning with Arco and British Petroleum. He is responsible for business operations as well as strategic planning for the corporation. Mr. Reed has a B.A. from the University of San Diego and completed the Executive Finance program at Columbia University.
Ray Wyman Jr – Director, Marketing Communications. Mr. Wyman is responsible for development of the company's corporate communications and branding. He is also chiefly responsible for maintaining corporate and marketing resources, and is the corporation's media liaison. He has 30 years of experience in marketing communications for private and public companies. Mr. Wyman has a B.A. in Journalism from California State University, Long Beach.
