$GDGI Greenway Design Group, Inc. is the innovator of Cool-n-Save® - a unique invention that significantly reduces energy consumption of conventional air conditioning systems. It works by lowering the temperature of the air around air conditioning condensing coils that sit on the rooftops of hundreds of thousands of commercial buildings all over the world. “Pre-cooled” air allows the AC system to use as much as 30% less energy. Buildings and homes cool faster and owners save on reduced energy and maintenance cost. On June of 2011, Greenway Design Group was awarded TechAmerica's 18th Annual High-Tech Innovation Awards for “Green Engineering,” co-sponsored by Harvey Mudd College. The award was given to Greenway in recognition for the company’s work on energy-saving evaporative pre-cool misting technology for commercial and residential central air conditioning systems. Greenway Design Group has sold more than 16,000 homeowner “kits” that feature its patented technology. The company has also sold and installed hundreds of large-scale commercial systems throughout the U.S. Recently, the company installed systems in Costa Rica.
