what would get us to $0.40 realistically with the math to back it up - instead of pie in the sky numbers, tossed out like free garbage along the roadside?

how about a 7 - 10% BP cash 'equity stake' in LymPro with a 10x forward PE multiple = $500-Mil. future FMV

that would yield us between $35 - $50-Mil. cash upfront today

throw a small 3% net sale royalty on the backside as a kicker - if you wish

only question is - will Gerald & Co. allow a BP in the proverbial "Walled Garden"

or will they continue to delay and diffuse real shareholder value by talking about someone paying 'x' now for 'y' down the road?

meanwhile the printing press continues unabated and and Gerald & Co. will not be effected in the least by a substantial RS - only the mom & pop investors will

because they are AMBS Owners and will reap the rewards when they sell the company or give themselves more warrants along the way - meanwhile the small mom & pop shareholders bear the burden of greater dilution and RS's - thats why.....
