STTK has signed a finance agreement with SRFF for 8% financing. In order to stay qualified for financing through SRFF, clients must follow some very strict guidelines.
Guidelines include making timely filings
Remaining SEC fully reporting
Maintaining per share price of .01 or above
Up listing to at least QB.
