Really? If you examine that from 4 different directions, all 4 are bad. 1 scam. 2 release of info to a shareholder inappropriately 3 running interference for coming bad news. 4. Don't give up on me now, even though I didn't deliver as promised, it's coming sometime in 2015 or 16 or maybe 17.
