It's easy. The company has exhausted its pr spikes due to so many fluff PRs over the last year. Once revs come in, we move. We are also at the end of the year where folks will sell for tax purposes. Others are just waiting and watching.
It doesn't matter where the pps is each day until 4:00 pm est. And in the long run, it doesn't even matter then...
