so other than the CEO's loan there was only ca 14k of liabilities as normal recurring accounts payable against over 110k of accounts receivable,which is an excellent ratio -
so the cash figure at that time-especially w a CEO willing to loan money-has very little relevance - fyi receivables are converted into cash,and the large receivables typically shows a growing business- even before VP of sales
