Although the word sale could have been included,

Although the word sale could have been included, it was not beneficial to the gist of the queries posed.
Thank you for your interest though.
But seeing how you feel it would be needed to understand the full context of my queries I have revised my post to include the word sale to fill in any voids and confusion you seem to be severely struggling with to comprehend by it's exclusion.
That being said I would prefer to discuss the company and it's operations and stick to the actual topic of my post.
Perhaps you could weigh in on the answer since the great difficulty coping to comprehend the queries is now relieved by including the superfluous word sale ?
So, do you feel that since Richard Heddle only mentioned licensing/sale of processors in the most recent 8K, and never mentions the *magic catalyst* at all:
1. The *magic catalyst was always a complete fabrication
2. The * magic catalyst* can not be licensed because it is not patented.
3. The *magic catalyst* was really just a prop to pump stock as promoters and insiders dumped shares to the extremely gullible and simple at around the $.90+/- mark ?
