Not sure which 8k you were looking at - any savvy investor who had a lick of common sense can clearly see that Rick Heddle mentioned the sale of processors right next to the licensing of processors as being the focus of the company at this time in a number of places.....

I thought it was important to take a moment to reach out to you directly, as we have been extraordinarily busy behind the scenes implementing the shift in our business strategy, which focuses on the sale and licensing of our proprietary processors, as opposed to exclusively processing plastics and selling fuel.

I believe that if we execute the sale and licensing of processors, we will achieve significant revenues and the valuation of our company will increase accordingly.

we firmly believe there is substantial market potential for the sale and license of our processors

In light of the company’s exclusive focus on completing sales and licensing of our processors
I sort of lost count of how many times the word "sale" was used in the 8K - I guess I could understand someone not seeing it, since it wasn't highlighted, underlined, italicizes, and boldened in the 8K. Yea, that's gotta be it.
Which brings up a dilemma for you: you spend a lot of time asking questions about "the operations" of PTOI, and inventing answers and scenarios based on your grasp of the company's status, but if you can't even read a simple 8K without getting it wrong, it's likely that your other conclusions are equally contrived (and also wrong).
