But in the parameters of what your looking for believe is that there is a way to have both companies merge after the distinct split into two different companies but one being the parent, and the other being a sub., or/and have the sub become the parent company. It was either or, or both. I can't quite remember.

Also, there are 3 different methods for a spin off deal where one is more advantageous than the others where it helps the investors more.

I think oppositely about iKingdom from your stance. It would take something quite significant as what they're trying to accomplish and there needs to be substantial value in the sub. iKingdom has the potential of having substantial value in order for an investment bank or group to come in and invest big money in order for it to have real value.

With Sub Spin-Offs, it needs to be something very compelling as it is an exotic and alternative play to an ipo.

What's exciting to me is the possible investment bankers and how credible they are in underwriting the spin off for GRCU...
