So choi do you think GRCU will be the parent compa

Lets say the subsidiary is a grow or established hemp field operation for example. The investors at Ikingdom fund the purchase of this target firm through GRCU..for a certain percentage or consideration in shares cash and or combination therof. GrCU then spins off the target subsidiary actually it wiil be first be part of the company and then after the spinoff a seperate entity seperate ticker etc. where grcu shareholders would then own shares in both companies. As well as receive the promised dividend.
I mean look at how Ikingdowm invested in wtwo to get the extraction equipment Ikingdom could simply wholesale the oil to grcu at whatever price they want even cost.. Personally I think that was what that whole deal was all about.
Another way to insulate GRCU and pump up their short term value may be a scenario as I described above. as long as the new company has a positive cash flow and low share structure.
For some reason I just thing Ikingdom would stay seperate and another company would be involved (Grow subsidiary) . to me that makes more sense for a spinoff. Not saying it is going to happen but it is a viable scenario.
.Just wanted your thoughts as you seem very well versed on this complex subject
