Yes they are called tourist.There is actually a message board for them to complain that the fish haven't arrived by 7/31. They always complain that their guide uses "guidespeak" and talk about the trip they got skunked on 3-4 months ago instead of taking in the moment and noticing the incredible opportunity that awaits them if they just remain patient.
