If I am a business owner, and you are in my business or on my property expressing your "freedom" of speech, I don't have to listen to it, especially if I don't agree with it. I can ask you to leave and if you refuse, call the police to remove you, or toss you out on your head.
If I'm running an investment message board, and I make it clear to users that negative attacks against the company or it's management is not permitted, you have no right to free speech on the board. The administrators of the board are fully within their rights to delete any content you post that violates their rules or they deem inappropriate to the purpose of the message board.
Too many Americans wrongly assume this protection applies all the time, everywhere, because they misinterpret what the First Amendment actually states. So please, how about we cease the "my right to free speech" posts, as they don't apply here, since any restrictions imposed here are not done by the federal, state or local governments.
