Two Steps: We've always know that Urano plans to use MANF as a regenerative therapy in the second of his "two steps," but we don't know which way of using MANF that he will ultimately select: The small molecule method "OR" recombinant MANF injections? That is the question. I suspect he will end up using recombinant MANF injections for the eye damage caused by wolframs, but I'm not too sure about if he'll use our patent of recombinant MANF injections for the treatment of wolframs/diabetes itself. He has said he "prefers the small molecule method for the moment."
