Dr. David A. Lowe, Ph.D has been the Chief Scientific Officer and an Executive Vice President of Research and Development at PsychoGenics, Inc. since August 10, 2009. Dr. Lowe has more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug discovery and product development and an established track record of generating diverse clinical candidates. Dr. Lowe served as Head of Science & European Business at PsychoGenics Inc. He served as Chief Scientific Officer of Memory Pharmaceuticals Corp. since October 1, 2004. Dr. Lowe joined Memory Pharmaceuticals from Fidelity Biosciences Group, a division of Fidelity Investments. Dr. Lowe served as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of Fidelity Biosciences Group from 2002 to 2004 and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of EnVivo Pharmaceuticals Inc. Dr. Lowe held positions with Sandoz Ltd., (Novartis), Bayer AG and also served for Roche Bioscience, where he served as the Vice President and Therapeutic Area Head, Central Nervous System (CNS). He serves as a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Chlorion Pharma, Inc. He has been a Director of Amarantus Bioscience Holdings, Inc., since November 6, 2013. He served as a Director at Memory Pharmaceuticals Corp. since April 1, 2005. Dr. Lowe received his B.Sc. (Hons.) from the University of Bristol in 1967 and his Ph.D. in Neurobiology from the University of Leeds in 1972
