Longboard: The LD Micro Conference last December was the second of my three face to face meetings with Gerald. We were trading at about .05 cents when I spoke with him. In order to get the funding we needed at that time we needed to close above .10 cents 20 days in a row. So referring to this .10 cents pps hurdle I asked: "Will shareholders be happy by February?" He said: "Oh yeah, we have a lot of catalysts coming. We'll be in great shape by the U.N. Concussion Conference end of January."
We did get a couple of catalysts later in December and by January 15th we were trading inter day at .137 cents! But Gerald announced at one of the SF Conferences that because of the CPT Codes (Reimbursement) , we wanted to explore them more because we felt they would increase LymPro's "net present value multiple times"...... and therefore, "we would not be partnering with LymPro in the near future." The price fell from there and within a few weeks we went back down to .07 cents.
This same pattern of pps rising and falling happened again leading up to the July Conferences, and again in September when we were expecting a Lympro Partner.
Our pps over the past year has always revolved around Lympro partner expectations!! I would ask him what ever happened to the Lympro Partnership agreement we were supposed to get at end of summer, and then after the LP002 data was released?
I would also ask him about the discrepancy between his "we'll get a significant portion of the 150 million RUO" and jason's 1 million for 2015.
I'd go myself but I've been there and done that, so I'll leave that up to you.
