Hello All, NSAV Merger Update
I wanted to take a minute to update all as many are hoping for news everyday.
I am finding out that the working on the company side of producing does have a different time frame.
I know we all want this whole project with Bella Vida to be signed and over.
Unfortunately, it is not that easy. As Steven said in the last news release, we have different objectives and goals to meet to finalize merging with Bella Vida Brands and their great product lines.
At the same time, I have been empowered to take care of the task to have a representative broker to help assist with our DTC clearing issues. I have found it is all time consuming and on its own schedule.
All these projects seem on the surface as easy as just a little paperwork. That is not the case though as I found out on the DTC clearing.
I will detail below what we have going on as we move forward to a fully producing corporation and move toward the OTCBB market.
This is a list of objectives on our schedule for NSAV:
Finalization of the Bella Vida Brands Merger by Steven & Leonardo. First, they are working on a finance package with the merger for the next year. This project involves both preferred shares and raising funds for increasing the product lines and distribution this next year.
Working on changing the name away from Net savings and looking at other tax advantages for our business entity to minimize costs. Steven is working with our accounting firm on this right now.
I am setting up a partnership with Scottsdale Capital Partners to become our broker representative with the DTC so we have access to all the brokerages in the market. This will expand our access to all shareholders to be involved with our growth ahead.
Antonio and Nucci are working on presentations to increase the business of Bella Vida and after we finalize the merger we will have more details of products.
Finalizing the previous debt from the last management team and I know all are looking forward to this. We have two additional notes and they are not due for a couple of months.
As you can see we have much going on at this time. I wish I could say they are done, but they are not.
The DTC representative issue, I have made progress and have started opening the account and we are ready to pay the fees. I am concluding all this over the next couple of weeks with our great new partner. Scottsdale Capital Partners. I hope to have much more news here in news release on the clearing of all the DTC shares transfers
The board had a meeting with all the partners of Global, Bella Vida and the funding group at Basttista Restaurant on Thursday. The food was all great, as it was all Bella Vida products I heard and the conversation was very productive. All attending were very impressed. We will have much more soon from that meeting in news releases.
The accountant will be making all the filings for the name change so we can leave the Era of Net savings Legacy and debt behind before the new year. He will also be setting us up to minimize costs associated with being a public company.
The finalization of the financial needs of the new company with Bella Vida needs and we are lookign for all the forms and filings to be done on that very quickly.
I have sent a goal in that we work hard to have all these projects finalized before year end and we can start a new year, as a new company, with a full business plan and a great foundation for success in 2015.
I do not know about you all, but I am ready to move to the next level.

Eileen Mullaney-Newman, director of the event, said "Thank you so much for all your help and wonderful food for our Italian Heritage night on Monday! Looking forward to further collaborations!
The staff from Bella Vida and Basttista were terrific and our guests really enjoyed the delicious offerings."
