Addendum. I was in another stock where the company took the moderator of the Ihub board to court.
Not only was his full name and address published in the court documents, ALL of his posting aliases were published in the filing. We thought he only had one or two but it tuned out he about fifteen or twenty - or thereabouts.
Once the court documents were filed, as the court documents were a matter of public record, we were free to post links to them on Ihub!
I even looked them up myself, under the case number and printed out the papers, called and spoke to the local Sheriff's Department who served the documents on him and had a nice chat with them about this person and told them what he really does and why he was being taken to court by the company.
The case was settled out of court. In return, the basher agreed to NEVER post anywhere about the company on any public message forum at all anywhere EVER again!
Seems like the house of cards is about to come tumbling down on the Ihub bashers. Even if they issue cease and desist orders on all the bashers - pending the outcome of the case - if they then post anywhere under those aliases or are foolish enough to create a new one and carry on doing the same - they will be in contempt of court which of course is an arrestable offence.
When you're in contempt of court boy do you have a hard time getting out of jail in the court house. You have to CONVINCE the judge that you have now realised that respect for the rule of law is paramount. That and payment of any fines levied by the judge!
Once a basher is put in jail for contempt the only way they'll get out is by saying pretty please with icing on top, and REALLY GROVELLING!
