it will be the mom & pop retail shareholders who have supported Geralds arse these past years that will be destroyed and descimated in the planned RS
now that Gerald has his 1-Bil. AS and his salary increase, he wants to pump us for an addit. bonus worth $118,125 when all along, the proposed 4 ea. 4Q14 milestones should have been part of his normal job responsibilitis
no raise - no bonus - not without providing revenue 1st Gerald - thats what a "stand-up" CEO would do for his loyal shareholders
